To speed Up your android mobile's performance you have to enable Developer Options

If you don't know how to enable Developer Options in your Mobile then Read:How To To Enable Developer Options in Android

If developer Options is enabled then 
Goto settings then goto Developer Optionsthen turn it on 


Scroll Down and Find 

Windows Animation Scale 

And set Windows Animation Scale To 1 
In rooted device you will see windows animation scale even 0.5 and 0.2 

I recommend you to set windows animation scale to 1 

Then find Transition Animation scale and set it to 1


Then find animator scale and set it to 1 

That's all , you are now able to see that your android Device's Performance is much faster..
